Internalization of Sectoral Statistics Development

On Monday, January 24, 2022, BPS Kabupaten Barito Selatan conducted a knowledge-sharing session on sectoral statistics development to enhance the quality of statistical services. The event was led directly by Militan, S.E., the Head of BPS Barito Selatan Regency, and attended by nine BPS staff, with personnel from the IPDS Function serving as presenters.

This activity aimed to internalize sectoral statistics development materials among all BPS Kabupaten Barito Selatan staff. The goal was to ensure better preparedness for BPSBarito Selatan Regency in fulfilling its role as a Data Steward in the region.

The materials presented were derived from the Sectoral Statistics Training conducted by the BPS Training Center, covering topics such as the National Statistical System (SSN), Indonesia's One Data (SDI) initiative, and the implementation of Data Steward duties.
