Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's export value in February 2021 reached US $ 216.61 million or decreased by 6.86 percent compared to exports in January 2021, but increased by 15.45 percent compared to February 2020.
Coal, palm oil and timber were Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during February 2021.
Japan, China and India became the main export destinations for Kalimantan Tengah during February 2021.
Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 35.04 percent, from US $ 332.62 million (January-February 2020) to US $ 449.18 million (January-February 2021).
Kalimantan Tengah's import value during February 2021 reached US $ 2.44 million, up 123.85 percent compared to January 2021 and up 6.55 percent compared to February 2020.
Cumulatively, the import value decreased by 38.72 percent from US $ 5.76 million (January-February 2020) to US $ 3.53 million (January-February 2021).
Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance experienced a surplus of US $ 214.17 million in February 2021 and US $ 445.65 million in the January-February 2021 period.
