Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during November 2022 reached 58.46 percent, up 0.72 points compared to October 2022 which was 57.74 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 0.99 points to 20.88 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 0.55 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.31 points.
  • The average length of stay in star hotels in November 2022 reached 1.58 days, while non-star hotels was 1.16 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in November 2022 was 40,532 people, down 12.40 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell 6.69 percent.
