Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during December 2022 reached 56.76 percent, down 1.70 points compared to November 2022 which was 58.46 percent. The TPK for non-star hotels rose 3.85 points to 24.73 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 4.87 points, and non-star hotels rose 3.50 points.
  • The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in December 2022 reached 1.52 days, while non-star hotels was 1.13 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in December 2022 was 43,579 people, an increase of 7.52 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 23.55 percent.
