Abstract
●
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for
star hotels during March 2024 was 45.35 percent, an increase of 1.86 points
compared to February 2024, recorded at 43.49 percent. ROR for non-star hotels
fell 1.10 points to 20.09 percent.
●
Compared to the same month in the
previous year, ROR for star hotels in March 2024 fell 3.19 points, and non-star
hotels fell 1.60 points.
●
The number of guests staying at
star-rated hotels in March 2024 was 36,578 people, an increase of 6.94 percent
compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels
was recorded at 60,325 people, a rise of 0.61 percent compared to last month.
