The Importance of SUSENAS Data Collection for Development

After a lengthy preparation process, including the National Instructor training and subsequent field staff training in the region, the field enumeration for the Susenas March 2018 survey has now begun. This activity takes place from March 1 to 20, 2018, across all districts in Barito Selatan, but only in selected sample blocks and respondents.

The Susenas data collection is a crucial process for shaping future government policies. The data collected is used for planning and evaluating national development programs. It also serves as a key resource for planning and evaluating sectoral programs and provides indicators for the MDGs, SDGs, RPJMN, and Nawacita.

Therefore, it is hoped that respondents selected as Susenas samples will welcome the field staff from BPS Kabupaten Barito Selatan and answer all questions truthfully to ensure the collection of accurate data.
