Training for Enumerators of the 2024 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey

On July 1, 2024, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Barito Selatan Regency conducted a briefing for field enumerators involved in the 2024 Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK24). The session was held in person (offline) at the BPS Barito Selatan office hall.

What is the Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey (IMK)?

The 2024 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK24) aims to gather data on the profile of micro and small industries in Indonesia, which will be used for macroeconomic development planning. VIMK24 will collect and present detailed and up-to-date data on micro and small businesses according to the first two digits of the Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields/Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI) at the national and provincial levels.

The enumeration for VIMK24 will take place from July 1 to August 24, 2024, divided into two phases:

✨ July 1–26: Listing of micro and small businesses using CAPI

✨ August 1–24: Sample enumeration
