On Monday, July 22, 2024, BPS Barito Selatan Regency officially opened the training for enumerators of the Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (SAKERNAS) August 2024. This training will take place over two effective days at Hotel Lutfan, Buntok. The Head of BPS Barito Selatan, Budi Wibowo, was present at the opening ceremony and emphasized the importance of the data that will be produced from this survey.

The Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (SAKERNAS) is a survey conducted by BPS specifically to collect employment data. SAKERNAS is carried out twice a year, in February and August. Starting from SAKERNAS February 2024, data collection has been conducted using the computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) method through the FASIH application.
