Today, January 15, 2020, BPS Barito Selatan is conducting the Opening Ceremony for the Field Enumerator Training for SAKERNAS February 2020. SAKERNAS (National Labor Force Survey) is a crucial source of labor data in Indonesia. The results of SAKERNAS are widely used by various stakeholders, both domestically and internationally. Therefore, the continuity, availability, and quality of SAKERNAS data must be consistently maintained and improved.
The general objective of collecting data through SAKERNAS February 2020 is to provide continuous key labor data. Specifically, it aims to estimate the number of employed people, the unemployed, and other labor indicators, as well as track their development at the national, provincial, and district/city levels.
The training is attended by 12 participants, consisting of 6 Field Enumerators (PCL), 3 Field Supervisors, 1 regional instructor, and 2 committee members. The training will take place from January 14 to 17, 2020, at Hotel Mulya Kencana, Buntok.
