Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during September 2022 reached 54.61 percent, up 3.86 points compared to August 2022 which was 50.75 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.72 points to 20.32 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 8.37 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.37 points.
  • The average length of stay at star hotels in September 2022 reached 1.83 days, while non-star hotels were 1.10 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in September 2022 was 36,119 people, an increase of 3.16 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell by 0.35 percent.
