End of Enumeration, Start of Data Processing (Sakernas and SPIN 2018)

On Friday and Saturday, February 16-17, 2018, a training session for the Sakernas and SPIN 2018 Data Processing took place for all BPS (Statistics Indonesia) offices in Central Kalimantan. This event marked the beginning of the data processing phase for the results of the Sakernas and SPIN field enumeration. The training was attended by one representative from each of the IPDS (Integrated Population and Data Services) Division and the Social Statistics Division from each BPS district/city office, totaling 28 participants.
In the survey process at BPS, a "conveyor belt" method is applied. This means that even though the Sakernas and SPIN enumeration period runs until February 28, as soon as documents have been checked by the PML (Field Inspector) and edited-coded, the data processing can begin. By implementing this method, the time used for data processing becomes more efficient.
